Organisational development improves an organisation’s effectiveness, adaptability and performance by focusing on aligning people, processes and strategy, creating a positive and sustainable workplace environment.  We work collaboratively with an organisation’s leadership team and human resources or people and culture team to deliver and support organisational development initiatives.

Our organisational development services include:

  • Leadership profiling, 360-degree feedback, debriefing and coaching using your in-house tools or our accredited and evidence-based profiling tools
  • Executive and leadership coaching
  • Team stocktakes – review team functioning, effectiveness, leadership and/or culture to leverage strengths, address areas for development and prepare for future change
  • Capability needs analysis – analysis to review current capability, identify future capability needs and develop the map to achieve the future capability
  • Climate and culture survey results – rollout, debriefing, staff engagement, staff consultation and action planning
  • Organisation review and redesign – review and redesign departments and teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency, culture and outcomes
